God in Other Cultures
God in Other Cultures
By some estimates, a little more than 85% of the world’s people practice or claim a religion. Those beliefs and worldviews form their values and their behaviors. Others who do not claim any formal religion often describe themselves as spiritual or interested in spiritual things. As Christ followers, we find ourselves interacting with these friends, neighbors, and co-workers, but do we understand where they are coming from? This nine-session study offers basic insights into the spiritual aspect of life the vast majority of the world’s population share and the core tenets of the world’s major religions. The goal of the study is to relate to others better and share Christ with sincere conviction and warm grace as opportunities arise.
